Our Heart

Together for Glasgow

Glasgow is preparing for one of its biggest moments in recent history as the Commonwealth Games 2026 come to the city. As athletes, coaches, families, and visitors gather here, we want them to encounter not only a world-class sporting event, but a world-class welcome.

Run the Race Glasgow brings together churches from across Glasgow through Glasgow Churches Together, united in a shared commitment to serve the city, support the Games, and reflect God's love in practical ways. Our heart is not simply for the event itself, but for the legacy it can leave behind in our communities.

For us, the Games are more than medals and stadiums. They are a once-in-a-generation opportunity.
